Billing, payments, content and other policies

These policies are intended for all web design and or hosting clients of mainstayinc.com and mainstay-host.com. The following guidelines were established to ensure the best services be provided for all. These policies are intended for all domains residing on our servers.

All services provided by Mainstay Business Services, Inc. may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data, or material in violation of any US federal, state or city law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene, material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless mainstayinc.com, mainstay-host.com and group2020.com from any claims resulting from the use of the services which damages the subscriber or any third party. Pornography and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all our servers. This includes inferences to sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere.

All accounts come with a predetermined and generous amount of traffic allowance. We monitor accounts may add a surcharge for excess traffic. Sending of unsolicited bulk email from our servers or spamming is strictly prohibited.

Custom Web site design or redesign
--a 50% deposit is needed to begin the project
--balance is due when job completed and reviewed.

Before the site is operational on the server, the account must be paid in full. Sites with monthly updates may be billed using other terms.

Other web design packages may have different terms.

Hosting is billed on a quarterly or annual basis. Invoices are sent 30 days before the beginning of next quarter or year and payments must be received by the due date or the account will be deactivated.

We may send electronic email invoices through a secure processing service. You may pay online with this service using your credit card or bank account number. You may also elect to print the email invoice and send a check by regular mail. In all cases we must have your payment on or before the beginning of the new billing period for hosting and before activating a site with design fees.

Any account deactivated due to non-payment will be require a $25 reactivation fee prior to reactivation of the account.

Mainstay Business Services, Inc. shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, including incidental and consequential damages, which may arise from servers going off-line or being unavailable for any resaon whatsoever. We shall not be responsible for any claimed damages, indluding incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the corruption or deletion of any web site from one of our servers.

We cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss. We cannot be held liable for any predicted estimate of profits in which a client would have gained if their site was functioning. Certain services provided by us are resold. Thus, certain equipment, routing, software, and programming used by us is not directly owned or written by us.

By activating your account with Mainstay Business Services, Inc. you agree to the above policies and disclaimer. Upon requesting an account activation you are required to accept these guidelines and disclaimer and a copy will be forwarded to you with your account information. If you sign up for an account and do not follow our terms no refunds will be given. We will notify you by email before any such action will be taken and you will have a chance to resolve the issue.
